1. Order Cancellation<\/h4>\n

You can cancel your order before the delivery process begins without any fees. Once the delivery person starts delivery, a cancellation fee may apply.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

2. Cancellation Window<\/h4>\n

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within the first 5 minutes after confirmation. After that, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value may apply.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

3. Cancellation by Us<\/h4>\n

We may need to cancel the order in rare cases such as product unavailability, technical issues, or emergency circumstances. In these cases, a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

4. Repeated Cancellations<\/h4>\n

Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that abuse the cancellation system.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

5. Refund After Cancellation<\/h4>\n

The paid amount (minus cancellation fees if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

6. How to Cancel<\/h4>\n

You can cancel the order through the app in the “My Orders” section. Select the order you want to cancel and press the “Cancel Order” button.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
