Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before the delivery process begins without any fees. Once the delivery person starts delivery, a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within the first 5 minutes after confirmation. After that, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value may apply.
3. Cancellation by Us
We may need to cancel the order in rare cases such as product unavailability, technical issues, or emergency circumstances. In these cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Repeated Cancellations
Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that abuse the cancellation system.
5. Refund After Cancellation
The paid amount (minus cancellation fees if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel the order through the app in the "My Orders" section. Select the order you want to cancel and press the "Cancel Order" button.
