We provide delivery services throughout Aqaba city, including coastal areas and islands. We are proud to offer delivery service even in the middle of the sea!
2. Delivery Times
We operate 24/7 throughout the week. Estimated delivery times range from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your location and order type. Actual times may vary based on circumstances.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on distance and order type. Delivery fees will be displayed before order confirmation. Some remote or marine areas may be subject to additional fees.
4. Order Tracking
You can track your order in real-time through the app. You will receive notifications when the order is accepted, when delivery starts, and when the delivery person arrives.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply. We will attempt to contact you before rescheduling the order.
6. Marine Delivery
We offer unique delivery service to boats and yachts at sea. These deliveries may take longer and may be subject to additional fees. Please ensure you provide correct contact information.
