Refund Policy

1. Refund Requests

You can request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the order if there is an issue with the product or service. Refund requests must be submitted through the app with details of the issue.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong or non-matching products
  • Failure to deliver on time (in certain cases)
  • Double payment issues

3. Refund Process

After reviewing the refund request, we will verify the issue. If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Delivery Fees

In case of refund due to our error, delivery fees will also be refunded. If the refund is due to your request, delivery fees may not be refunded.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if only part of the order has an issue. The refund amount will be determined based on the value of affected items.
